16+ Days – No Returns
Returns are not accepted if dropped off after 15 days of order delivery.
Return Policy
We are sorry to hear your order didn’t work out. If you wish to return an item, please follow the instructions below.
All return merchandise must:
- Be returned within 15 days of order delivery.
- Not have been worn, altered, or washed and returned in its original packaging.
- Have all tags attached and undamaged.
Please note:
*Merchandise marked as FINAL SALE is not eligible for return or exchange.
*HATCH Beauty items including the Belly Oil, The Belly Fix, and The Belly Tattoos must be returned unopened in its original packaging.
*Your refund will be credited back to the original payment method. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
How to initiate a return:
All domestic orders ship with a FREE prepaid return shipping label.
- Pack up your items and place the prepaid return label on the outside of the return box.
- Please remove any old labels from the return box.
- Drop off your package at the specified carrier noted on the prepaid return label
Exchanges
Need a different color and/or size?
In order to serve you more efficiently, please place a second order with the new items and once we receive your return, your account will be credited back to the original payment method. The funds may take from 5-10 business days to reflect back on your credit card account.
